What does “Humanify Healthcare” mean in practice?
-
To us, “Humanify Healthcare” means re-centering care around compassion and connection. We partner with clients and clinicians to ensure every patient encounter feels dignified, empathetic, and calm, so people leave their care experience feeling supported and at peace.
How does LER ensure a people-first, relationship-driven approach to staffing?
-
We take time to understand each client and clinician, who they are, what drives them, and what they need to succeed. We strike a balance between urgency and care, prioritizing quality over quotas and fostering relationships that last.
How experienced is LER’s leadership team in healthcare staffing and workforce solutions?
-
Our leadership team brings over 20 years of experience building, scaling, and leading successful staffing organizations. We’ve seen what works (and what doesn’t), and we’re using that experience to create something better for the future of healthcare.
What do you think drives your approach when partnering with healthcare organizations?
-
LER stands for Learn, Elevate, and Reimagine. We listen first, think creatively, and collaborate closely with our partners to deliver smarter, people-centered solutions that move healthcare forward.
What types of clinicians and professionals does the LER staff include?
-
We specialize in behavioral health and acute nursing, including RNs, LPNs, social workers, therapists, counselors, and behavioral health technicians.
How do you source and vet candidates?
-
We use a combination of job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify both active and passive candidates. Every clinician goes through a thorough screening process to ensure they meet both professional and cultural standards.
Do you offer permanent placement services for behavioral health roles?
-
Yes! In addition to contract and contract-to-hire staffing, we also offer direct placement services for behavioral health and nursing professionals.
Can you support high-volume hiring needs?
-
Absolutely. We support both single-site and enterprise clients, and can quickly scale our recruiting model to meet your hiring goals.
How do you ensure candidate quality?
-
We conduct comprehensive screenings, reference checks, and competency evaluations to ensure the highest standards of quality. Our team ensures every candidate meets clinical requirements and aligns with your organization’s mission and culture.
Do you staff short-term, long-term, and PRN needs?
-
We focus on short- and long-term contracts rather than shift-by-shift PRN work. For clients reliant on PRN staffing, we also offer consulting to help reduce that dependency over time.
How do you support onboarding and candidate success after they start?
-
Our Talent Solutions Partners stay connected throughout the clinician’s journey, checking in regularly, coaching through challenges, and celebrating wins together.
Can you help us transition away from reliance on contract labor?
-
Yes, we specialize in that. Through our consulting and workforce insourcing services, we help organizations develop internal staffing strategies that reduce outside agency spend while maintaining high-quality care.
What does ongoing performance reporting look like?
-
We review performance quarterly and annually with each client, providing transparent feedback and actionable insights. After reviewing, we'll stay in close communication to address needs in real time.
How do you evaluate success on client accounts?
-
We define success collaboratively. During onboarding, we align with you on measurable goals and outcomes, then track progress using shared KPIs and transparent reporting.
How do you determine bill rates and pay rates?
-
Our rates are market-driven and data-informed. We balance competitive pay for clinicians with sustainable pricing for our partners, based on region, discipline, and demand.
What is included in your markup?
-
Our markup covers payroll, taxes, insurance, benefits, compliance, credentialing, ongoing support, and completion bonuses, ensuring both quality and retention.
What happens if we hire one of your contractors as a full-time employee?
-
That’s a win for everyone. It means we’ve made a great match. Depending on the duration of the contract, a small conversion fee may apply, but we’ll never stand in the way of a great hire.
